In the busyness of life, especially when managing chronic illness, caregiving, or high-stress work environments, it’s easy to keep pushing through. But here’s the truth: we’re not meant to run on empty.

Recharging can look different for everyone:

• A few minutes of deep breathing

• A slow and intentional cup of tea

• Journaling your thoughts

• Taking a break from screens

• Going for a walk (nature optional)

• Or simply saying “no” to something that drains you

Whatever it looks like, prioritizing your rest is an act of self-love and empowerment.
