  • Capacity coaching helps you understand what your body and nervous system can realistically support—day to day, season to season—then build sustainable systems within those real constraints.

This isn't about pushing you to do more or "optimizing" your productivity. It's about creating routines, boundaries, and strategies that work with your energy levels, cognitive capacity, and health fluctuations—not against them.

I work with people whose bodies don't respond to generic wellness advice or "just try harder" solutions. If you're living with chronic illness, neurodivergence, autoimmune disease, or perimenopause, capacity coaching gives you the tools to function without burning out.

  • I specialize in supporting people navigating:

    • Chronic illness and autoimmune conditions (lupus, fibromyalgia, ME/CFS, EDS, POTS, and more)

    • Neurodivergence (ADHD, autism, sensory processing differences)

    • Sleep disorders

    • Perimenopause and menopause transitions

    • Multiple diagnoses or complex health presentations

My coaching is grounded in 8+ years of lived and professional experience with these conditions. I work with people who are tired of forcing themselves into systems that weren't designed for complex bodies.

You don't need a formal diagnosis to work with me—many of my clients are still seeking answers or have been dismissed by the medical system.

  • Health coaches focus on building practical systems for your daily life—routines, self-advocacy skills, healthcare navigation, nervous system regulation, and capacity management.

Therapists work with mental health, trauma processing, and emotional healing through clinical interventions.

There's overlap (both support your wellbeing), but the tools are different. I'm not a therapist and don't replace therapy. Many of my clients work with both a therapist and a health coach—the combination is powerful.

As a nationally board-certified health coach (NBC-HWC), I'm trained in behavior change, motivational interviewing, chronic disease management, and patient advocacy. I help you make the healthcare system work for you without losing yourself in the process.

  • No. You don't need a formal diagnosis to benefit from coaching.

Many of my clients are still navigating the diagnostic process, have been dismissed by doctors, or are dealing with symptoms that don't fit neatly into one category. Others have clear diagnoses but are struggling to build a life that works with their limitations.

Whether you're newly symptomatic, chronically ill for years, or somewhere in between, coaching can help you build capacity, advocate for yourself, and create sustainable routines.

  • I work virtually with clients worldwide. Whether you're in Los Angeles, London, or anywhere with internet access, we can work together.

All coaching sessions are conducted online via secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. This makes coaching accessible regardless of your location, mobility, or energy levels—no need to commute or leave your home.

  • We meet via secure video calls at scheduled times that work for your schedule and time zone. Sessions are typically 40-50 minutes.

Between sessions, you'll have access to:

    • Personalized action plans and resources

    • Messaging check-ins (as needed)

    • Tools for tracking symptoms, energy, and progress

Online coaching works well for people with chronic illness and neurodivergence because:

    • No energy spent commuting

    • You're in a familiar, comfortable environment

    • Easier to manage sensory needs

    • Flexible scheduling around flares and bad days

  • Every session is tailored to where you are and what you need. Some sessions are strategic (planning your healthcare appointments, building sustainable routines), others are support-focused (processing a flare, navigating medical gaslighting).

    We might work on:

    • Mapping your energy patterns and capacity

    • Building self-advocacy skills for doctor appointments

    • Creating nervous system regulation practices

    • Designing routines that flex with your reality

    • Problem-solving specific challenges (sleep, pain, brain fog, etc.)

    • Setting boundaries that protect your capacity

I don't use generic worksheets or one-size-fits-all protocols. Your body is complex—your coaching should be too.

  • It depends on your goals and needs. Some clients work with me for 3-6 months to build foundation skills (self-advocacy, routine design, nervous system tools). Others stay longer for ongoing support through health transitions, perimenopause, or complex medical situations.

We'll discuss what makes sense during your free strategy session.

  • I don't accept insurance directly, but I can provide documentation (a superbill) that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Many Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) cover health coaching.

I also offer sliding scale options for clients who need financial flexibility.

  • I'm a nationally board-certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC) through the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching, which works in conjunction with the National Board of Medical Examiners.

    I'm also:

    • Certified Integrative Health Coach (CIHC)

    • Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC)

    • Certified in patient advocacy

    • Currently pursuing menopause coaching certification

Beyond credentials, I bring 8+ years of lived experience navigating chronic illness, sleep disorders, neurodivergence, and perimenopause inside systems that weren't designed for complex bodies. I don't coach from theory—I coach from the inside out.

  • That's exactly why my coaching is designed with flexibility built in. We can:

    • Schedule sessions less frequently (biweekly or monthly)

    • Keep sessions shorter (30 minutes instead of 60)

    • Reschedule if you're in a flare

    • Work asynchronously (email support between sessions)

The goal isn't to add more to your plate—it's to help you manage what's already there. If you're too exhausted for regular coaching right now, that's valuable information. We can start with a single strategy session and see what feels manageable.

  • Book a free 30-minute health strategy session. We'll talk about what you're navigating, where you're stuck, and whether coaching is the right fit.

No pressure, no sales pitch—just a real conversation about your needs and how I might be able to help.

  • I offer both!

1:1 coaching is fully personalized to your unique health situation, goals, and capacity.

Group programs (like my Recharge Room events) offer community support, education, and nervous system tools at a lower price point. These are great if you want connection with others navigating similar challenges.

  • Most wellness programs and productivity coaches are designed for people whose bodies are predictable. They assume you can show up consistently, follow a routine, and push through when things get hard.

That doesn't work when you're living with chronic illness or neurodivergence.

I design systems that flex with your reality. We build for your body as it actually is—not as you wish it were or as society says it should be. And I center your lived experience as the expertise, not generic protocols.

I also won't gaslight you into thinking you're the problem when systems fail you. Sometimes the issue isn't your discipline—it's that the system was never built for complex bodies.
