We started with a grounding practice and an honest check-in:

Where is your energy leaking? What are you unconsciously carrying?

From cluttered spaces to unconscious stress loops, we explored the ways stress and stuckness build in the body — and how awareness becomes the first step toward release.

🧹 Clear space, reclaim peace.

We looked at how physical clutter can keep us in fight-or-flight. Your space is not separate from your nervous system.

Try this: Choose one small area to declutter this week — a nightstand, a desktop, a drawer. (I promised everyone I’d tackle my linen closet, so get ready for some process photos!)
Notice how your body feels afterward. Even 5 minutes can shift your inner state.

📺 Curate your inputs to protect your peace.

We talked about media hygiene — because yes, your nervous system can tell the difference between doomscrolling and delight.

Reframe the narrative: Instead of spiraling with the news, rewrite the headline in your own words. Anchor into your own agency.

🤝 You don’t have to self-regulate alone.

We practiced grounding, breath, and visualization together — but the most powerful healing came from co-regulation.
